DiSC provides a better understanding of oneself and a better understanding of behavioral diversity. Some people are more passive/active or people-focused/task focused. We wonder why conflict exists. What makes us comfortable may fail to make someone else comfortable or what we did made one person inspired but another person stressed. Those variances are important to know and understand as a leader. Everything DiSC helps us better understand the uniqueness of others so we can better lead a diverse group of people.
LITE offers individual or group DiSC Assessments. Both virtual (via Zoom) and in-person options can be made available. Standard rate are below
$100 for high school or college student
The cost includes the full DiSC Assessment and a 30 minute discussion with a LITE facilitator who can explain the assessment and answer questions.
$125 for an adult
The cost includes the full DiSC Assessment and a 30 minute discussion with a LITE facilitator who can explain the assessment and answer questions.
$175 for two individuals
The cost includes the full DiSC Assessment for two participants, a DiSC Comparison Report between the two participants, and a 60 minute discussion with a LITE facilitator who can explain the assessment and answer questions. This is a great opportunity for parent-youth, parent-parent, sibling-sibling, co-worker-manager, and many more combinations for greater insight on how to work better together.

The cost includes the full DiSC Assessment for the number of participants requested, DiSC Comparison Reports between group participants, and a 90 minute discussion with a LITE facilitator who can explain the assessment and answer questions. Group rates can vary.
